We Conduct One Day Estate Sales for Most Clients ~ If Sale is Larger Notice of a Two Day Sale will be Posted on our Home Page

Friday 10:30-6:30 / 7:30 PM ~ Depending on Size of Estate

Prices are negotiable ALL DAY ~ 50% off begins at 3:30 until closing

Number are given on  opening day FRIDAY ONLY at 10AM

Doors Open at 10:30

First Group of 20 Numbers to Enter Sale at opening ~ Following crowd dispersal rest of customers allowed entry

Buyers are responsible for moving and loading purchases so bring your friends or movers

NOTE:  All items must be removed close of sale Friday evening

NO food or drink allowed inside residence

Please be respectful of homeowners, you are entering a private residence soon to be for sale or occupied by new owners
